Mi Mente is a brand dedicated to improving the mental and emotional well-being of employees in the workplace. Its holistic approach allows organizations to implement personalized strategies for employee wellness through comprehensive data analysis and statistics, facilitating decision-making aimed at reducing absenteeism and fostering a healthier, more productive work environment.

Mental well-being at work is like an invisible support network: when present, it strengthens employees; when absent, the consequences can be significant. Mi Mente seeks to reduce suffering in the world by providing tools and support to help companies prioritize the mental health of their human talent.

THE CHALLENGE

Mi Mente approached Sin Tesis in 2023 with the initial need to create a promotional video for their website. However, as the relationship evolved, it became evident that a more strategic approach and a comprehensive visual identity were needed to reflect the same level of professionalism as the company's operations, consolidating Mi Mente as a trustworthy and well-structured brand both internally and externally.

This presented the challenge of ensuring that every aspect of the brand consistently conveyed its mission and values. It required aligning perception with purpose to build lasting credibility and impact.

THE SOLUTION

We approached the project with a strategic and creative vision, providing solutions in three key pillars:

  • Brand Design and Visual Materials: Development of presentations, event materials, and graphic pieces that clearly and attractively conveyed Mi Mente's message.
  • Strategy & Storytelling: Beyond design, we focused on creating content to communicate Mi Mente's value through an external channel showcasing companies and their employees, alongside an internal channel aimed at fostering pride in the company's mission and the service it provides to the world.
  • Creative and Marketing Support: We offered strategic support for key initiatives such as promoting the use of the Sherpa App, workshops, and mental health-focused campaigns.
